It provides waterproofing essential for concrete roof tiles and other roof claddings. It is also used for chimney flashings, skylights, sumps and around flat roof areas and more commonly apron flashings.

Guaranteed to last 50 years, lead flashings are one of the few materials which meet the new E2 requirements. Other solutions available, need to be approved as acceptable solutions under the new building and housing specifications, our lead flashings already meet these requirements.
